PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND SINCE Metals.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THEM FROM TIME TO TIME BY POSTING UPDATES ON THIS WEB SITE, CHECK BACK PERIODICALLY.
- YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Placing an order in any form with Metals.com binds you to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Product Purchase Agreement.
- SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Metals.com guarantees the authenticity of any items as outlined in the Product Purchase Agreement.
- YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS: It is your responsibility to check your personal information and make sure it is correct before placing any order with Metals.com.
- PERSONAL MEMBER ACCOUNT: You are responsible for keeping all of your personal information current. If you do not update your personal information and an order is sent to a wrong address and lost, it is your responsibility.
- PRODUCT INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS: You may email any questions or comments to the customer service email address on the home page or call 877-350-0771 during business hours. (9:00am – 5:30pm PST)
- YOUR CONDUCT: Any use of profanity or slander of Metals.com or any competitor on the site or in any email will result in termination of any of the registered user benefits.
- LINKS: All of the links on Metals.com are looked at before accepting them on the site. However, the site links may or may not hold the same opinions as that of Metals.com. If there is a link that is no longer appropriate, please help us by letting us know immediately at 877-350-0771

Trademark and Domain Name Notice
The trademarks, service marks, business and trading names, and domain names (collectively and individually called the “Marks”) displayed at or used in association with Metals.com web site, whether registered or unregistered, are the property of Metals.com, Use of the Marks in any manner with web sites, business activities, organizations, products or services that are not provided or licensed by Metals.com, is prohibited without the express prior written consent of Metals.com.
Metals.com refund, return and exchange policy is limited to five (5) business days from the date that you receive the item. You must notify Metals.com Customer Service Department via telephone at 877-350-0771 within five (5) business days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs. Metals.com may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not reasonably conform to these terms. If the case of a request for an exchange, Metals.com expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to Metals.com Market Loss Policy. Any and all market gains on refunds, returns, and exchanges shall belong solely to Metals.com.
We stand by our 100% satisfaction promise and will go out of our way to make sure customers have a high quality experience.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1420 Kettner Blvd #100 , San Diego, CA, 92101, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Although most orders are shipped within one business day, in extreme circumstances shipment may take up to thirty (28) days from completed payment, depending upon the manner of delivery. Applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges are not reflected. You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. Each package over $1000 requires a signature upon delivery. Metals.com fully insures all of its shipments.
Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by our insurance policy.
However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party. When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, Metals.com assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
Please note that Metals.com will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address. Any issues or problems with a shipment MUST be reported within 2 business days, else Metals.com may have to refute any claims.
Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to:1420 Kettner Blvd #100 , San Diego, CA, 92101, United States.. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
