Auroch on the hunt again at Saints

Thewest - With last week’s $2m oversubscribed capital raise now behind it, Auroch Minerals is on the hunt again at its promising Saints Nickel Project in WA. The company has hit the ground running with the drill bit already turning over the T1 and T2 high-grade nickel sulphide targets northwest of Kalgoorlie.

Auroch’s timing is good too, with the nickel price on a bit of a tear recently, jumping from around USD$5000 a pound to nearly USD$6000 a pound in the last two or three months.

Auroch Managing Director, Mr Aiden Platel, said: “We know we are in a highly mineralised nickel sulphide system at Saints and we have successfully identified several basal channels in the area, each of which may be the feeder channel to the nickel sulphide mineralisation.”
